Course of pregnancy and childbirth in women with primary hypothyroidism

Introduction. Primary hypothyroidism is observed in women of reproductive age 2–3 % cases. The most common thyroid pathology during pregnancy subclinical (SHT), which caused by newly diagnosed autoimmune thyroiditis (AIT) or severe iodine deficiency. In some regions the Russian Federation, population has a mild deficiency, average concentration urine being found at 78 µg/L (the normal range 100–200 µg/L). with primary hypothyroidism, complications and childbirth include: premature birth, weakness labor, eclampsia, rupture membranes (PROM), gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM), intrauterine growth retardation syndrome, fetal macrosomia, congenital fetus, etc. Aim: to study features course hypothyroidism. Materials Methods. retrospective study, there were analyzed 62 birth histories, 37 for patients diseases. Two groups formed: main group – 25 comparison without pathology. During next parameters analyzed: age, number pregnancies, births, term delivery, body mass index, level stimulating hormone (TSH), titer peroxidase antibodies, newborn weight, assessment according Apgar scale. Results. group, cause was as follows: SHT 18 (48.6 %), AIT 7 (18.9 %) pregnant women. first trimester pregnancy, TSH 3.06 ± 0.36 mU/L. following identified: GDM (32.0 anemia degree (12.0 large fetus PROM perineal (16.0 anomalies labor activity ineffective stimulation (8.0 pelvic-head disproportion %). Conclusion . Timely diagnosis compensation replacement therapy preparations, prediction possible correction identified are ways achieve successful outcome mother fetus.
